Tikitow provides event discovery and ticket management tools. We may update or discontinue features at any time to keep the platform secure, compliant, and reliable.

• Event inventory and pricing originate from event organizers.
• Seat availability is not guaranteed until a purchase is confirmed.
• We may contact you via email or SMS about transactions or critical product updates.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials, providing accurate information during checkout, and complying with venue rules. Any misuse of the platform may lead to suspension or legal action.

• Do not resell tickets obtained through fraudulent behavior.
• Only upload content (images, descriptions, layouts) you have the right to share.
• Report suspected vulnerabilities or unauthorized access immediately to security@Tikitow.com.

Payments & refunds

All monetary transactions are processed through our trusted payment partners. Refund eligibility follows the event organizer’s policy unless otherwise required by law.

Liability

Tikitow is not liable for delays, cancellations, or service interruptions that occur outside our reasonable control. Where legally allowed, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected order.
